We are now learning that the meeting between Trump and Putin in Alaska set for this upcoming Friday was based on Trump’s envoy to Russia, Steve Witkoff, claiming Putin was going to give back or “swap” territory with Ukraine. Trump used the words “swap territory” in a press conference on Friday. Putin says he never mentioned giving any land to Ukraine. He wants surrender. Putin says he told Witkoff he would only agree to meet Trump in Alaska if the United States supported a plan for Ukraine to surrender huge portions of heavily fortified territory currently under Ukrainian control that Russia has failed to take in the war. Putin said only when Ukraine surrenders its territory would Russia even possibly consider a ceasefire. Russia will give nothing in return. Zelenskyy and his “coalition of the willing,” made up of European nations, confronted Witkoff yesterday. After multiple calls, Witkoff admitted he lied and that Putin never offered to give back territory. Indeed, Putin wants total surrender. The Trump regime now claims it was a “translation error” by Witkoff. The meeting with Russia has not been canceled. Witkoff is a clown. No offense to clowns. He’s a washed-up real estate guy who is friends with Trump and has no foreign policy or diplomacy experience. He has, in the past, allowed Putin’s female KGB agents to serve as his interpreter. Some have compared the meeting between Trump and Putin to Neville Chamberlain and Hitler. This is not a good comparison. It’s not mere appeasement that’s taking place from Trump towards Putin. It’s Trump pledging obedience to Putin, as with Mussolini and Hitler. At the same time Trump is meeting with Putin, he has promoted and normalized child sex traffickers like Ghislaine Maxwell and child sex abusers like Lawrence Taylor, who now runs the White House child fitness program. Trump is focused on building a 90,000-square-foot ballroom in the White House while destroying the United States economy. Trump pretends he solved inflation when inflation is red hot. Trump is not just a liar — he is a fatal liar. The MeidasTouch Network will hold Trump accountable every step of the way, as we have thus far. Remember that the Afghanistan withdrawal (that the media allowed to be blamed on Biden) was “negotiated” by Trump WITHOUT the participation of the Afghan government (such as it was). So, this is not new.

Trump is a failed businessperson and generally inept in all things except bullying and conning people — which, alas, succeeds with timid and deliberately ignorant folks (rubes).

Remember that it was MIKE POMPEO who negotiated the AFGHAN WITHDRAWAL timed to sabotage incoming President Biden, carefully withdrew US FORCES, released TALIBAN TERRORISTS that AFGHANS had incarcerated.

AFGHANISTAN had a long proud history that was on its way to restoration with women being educated & democracy created that the WARPED TURD destroyed just as he destroyed the STATE DEPARTMENT...& now the ORANGE TURD has removed TPS STATUS for the few AFGHANS who escaped.

Now the AFGHANS can't even feed their population.

This red-tie Neville Chamberlain will host a much more disastrous Alaska gathering than when Bill Kristol became besotted with Sarah Palin over a meal of halibut cheeks. Trump is sending the National Guard into D.C. when crime is at historic lows. He’s pissed Judge Chutkan will hear his FOIA case.

Asking Ukraine to cede any territory is wrong to start with. If the “translation error” is the way the original version was explained, if Witkoff conceded that Putin never talked about giving up its claim to any Ukrainian territory, then it’s infinitely worse.

In case we haven't noticed, Putin has changed the world order using Trump's psychopathic/sociopathic skills and his narcissism to do it. Trump wants the Nobel Prize*, and if Putin isn't holding out that to him as a goal, along with world power and money, I'd be shocked. Putin's a master psychopath/sociopath/narcissist etc with more self control and savvy than Trump, as we know. Meeting on Alaskan (USA) ground is a major achievement for Putin and Russia. Trump doesn't care about the NoBelly Prize, just the Nobel! Maybe the Universe will provide a medical event or a shooter. But Putin and his Russian Mafia have good reason to keep Trump on the planet. JD Vance would not be so good a puppet for Putin as Trump. We'd have to stop Putin, not just Trump. Good luck with that. Tucker, Tulsi, and all the Trumpers are in Putin's pocket now, too.

The USA is now under a kakistocracy. Total fools in charge. A meeting between Trump and Putin without Zelensky is worthless. Trump is on the wrong side of history. He's a total tool for Putin.

Yeah. Putin is playing 3D chess while Trump is playing checkers, poorly.

What an embarrassment our government is. From tRump to Ken Paxton, what hole did they crawl out of?

The resistance might be growing stronger, but Trump will remain in power. Why? He is a patsy!! The Oligarchs are running our country!! Both parties are being paid by lobbyists from major corporations. Did you know that Hakeem Jeffries received over a million dollars from AIPAC(lobbyist for Israel). My democratic representative in Florida, Lois Frankel received over $650,000.00 from AIPAC. There is a list of Democrats who have received the same. The list is large!! And we wonder why we keep sending weapons to Israel??? Then there’s the NRA, Wall Street, Black Rock and more!! Until we get the money out of politics NOTHING is going to be done for THE PEOPLE!!!! By the way, Bernie Sanders recently had a Town Hall about this (it’s on YouTube). Bernie has been warning us about this for years!!!!
