Former Letcher County, Kentucky Sheriff Shawn “Mickey” Stines is accused of killing Judge Kevin Mullins -- and the murder could expose a secret sex ring locals say is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to corruption. Authorities say Sheriff Stines was caught on surveillance video killing the judge inside the courthouse. Motive is unclear -- but women are coming forward to report they had sex with the judge in exchange for avoiding jail time and penalties in their criminal cases.
