Let's be REAL! I won't look up statistics, but we KNOW many on MEDICAID are disabled, elderly or children who have lost parents. They're NOT AFFLUENT! KICKING THEM OFF MEDICAID WILL IMPACT THE COSTS OF OTHER HEALTH CARE! Uninsured people will be forced to wait until a medical condition becomes LIFE THREATENING & go to the EMERGENCY ROOMS - COSTING MORE THAN PREVENTATIVE CARE.
PEOPLE WILL DIE! The U.S. is the only industrialized nation that fails to provide UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE! In addition, the MAGA GOP DISASTER includes that MEDICARE PROVIDERS' REIMBURSEMENTS will be reduced 5% EACH YEAR. In other words, MEDICARE PROVIDERS will stop accepting MEDICARE! YOUR VOTE MATTERS! It's time to work for UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE....among other things. The rest of the World provides CHILD CARE, FAMILY MEDICAL LEAVE & much else.
