Let me be clear: this isn’t just about one race. This is the Trump strategy — deny the results, attack the legitimacy of votes you don’t like, and abuse the court system until you get the outcome you want. We’ve seen this movie before. It ends with chaos, disenfranchisement, and an authoritarian trying to cling to power. But Justice Riggs is fighting back, not just for her seat, but for the 65,000+ North Carolinians whose votes are under attack. People like her own parents, who’ve voted for decades without issue, only to now be told their votes might not count. Why? Because they dared to vote for the “wrong” candidate in a race the GOP wants to steal. Even worse, this MAGA challenge targets ballots only in the most Democratic counties.
