Things were looking great for Newsmax for quite a while after a successful IPO and their owner becoming an instant billionaire. But they came crashing down off that high this week when a judge in Delaware determined that the network DID defame voting machine company Dominion following the 2020 election. The case is now scheduled to go to trial where the jury's work has been made pretty easy following the judge's decision this week. Farron Cousins explains what's happening.
