I am a Canadian trucker, have an AZ drivers license By law, I have to be tested regularly for drugs, tolerance 0, not even weed , if ever I test positive, I will lose my privilege to drive. By law again, I have to pass every 3 years and 2 years after 65 , medical evaluation physical and mental . How can a man who rules a country not be required to pass at least a mental evaluation.
