Republican controlled states lag far behind the nation in statistics that matter.
That's Republican governance - it's not partisan. It's REPUBLICAN failures.
President Biden's legislation has sought to uplift those states with good paying jobs and economic opportunity.
They lack access to INFORMATION available on the internet...they lack access to local libraries & cable. Republicans have created MASS BRAINWASHING with SINCLAIR & other tactics.
They invest more energy in promoting racism & bigotry than in uplifting, educating their constituents....BATHROOM BILLS?
