San Diego Humane Society has record number of dogs, asks public for help

The San Diego Humane Society is in dire straits. For the last couple of years, the number of animals in their care rose to the point where they’re now bursting at the seams. KPBS reporter John Carroll says they’re making it easier than ever to adopt.
