Remember when Steve Bannon was arrested on the yacht of a Chinese billionaire? Well, that billionaire is now on trial himself for defrauding his own investors and supporters. Sound familiar? Steve Bannon will face the same fate in September. But for now, prosecutors are focused on Guo Wengui, who claims to have been motivated by opposition to the Chinese Communist Party, but his investors say he was motivated by greed.
