Penny was dumped all alone on a very busy main road, she was overlooked, ignored and invisible, as people drove past her and pretended they didn’t see her. She was in pain, unable to walk and her entire body trembling in the attempt to protect herself from the world. She has been used for breeding and must have spent all her life trapped in a cage. It is obvious that she had twisted legs and long nails, her legs were misaligned and unable to be straightened. She was so skinny that her ribs were visible. She was thrown away, when she fell sick and was no longer useful. Penny was surrendering when we rescued her, lost on every level...
