New York Attorney General Letitia James blasted Donald Trump in a new court filing, alleging that he tried (unsuccessfully) to shift some of his assets to Florida to avoid having the state seize them. This new filing is in response to Trump's attempts to get the appellate court to reduce the amount of bond that he must pay, and if James is able to prove that these asset shifts were intentionally done to escape liability, then Trump has no chance of being successful.
