We received messages about a dog that was neglected, starved and abused. The dog who has been neglected, starved, and then dumped, tied to a garbage container in the oppressing heat. The poor dog is in very bad shape. He is so skinny that we can count each of his ribs. They tied him up to a fence in Harlem, and left him there in the oppressive heat. Who does this? We simply couldn’t turn our back on him, we had to save him. He was taken to the Vet.
