Alina Habba screwed up yet ANOTHER Trump case, this time likely waiving his attempt to assert Presidential Immunity in E Jean Carroll’s latest defamation case going to trial on damage amount on 1/15/24. Michael Popok of Legal AF has heard the appeal oral argument audio, and “brings the receipts” that Habba likely waived the defense, and that her “I am just too busy” basis for a stay, will also fail, as the appellate court votes to speed up this appeal and get to the waiver!
