11 Arrested In 2 Operation Granite Shield Efforts In Nashua

NASHUA, NH — Two recent Operation Granite Shield efforts, during the weeks of Jan. 30 and Feb. 13, resulted in 11 arrests, including two residents of Massachusetts. 

In late January and mid-February, police in Nashua, along with help from Hudson officers and county sheriff employees, arrested 11 people.

During the first effort, four people were arrested:

Roy Taft, 55, of Merrimack Street in Nashua was charged with acts prohibited; sale of a controlled drug-heroin/fentanyl and acts prohibited; possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine charges, both felonies.

Christopher Dixon, 29, of East Grove Street in Middleboro, Massachusetts, was charged with possession with the intent to distribute heroin/fentanyl charge, a felony.

Juan Santos Jr., 32, of Beech Street in Nashua was charged with felon in possession of a firearm, possession of property without a serial number, and operating after-subsequent offense charges as well as a violation of parole warrant and an electronic bench warrant.

Amber Mochrie, 37, of no fixed address, was arrested on an acts prohibited; possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine charge, a felony.

Taft, Dixon, and Mochrie were released on personal recognizance pending future arraignments at the Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Santos was held pending a future arraignment.
