Dumped In Street With His Ears Were Cut Off - An Amazing Transformation of This Little Puppy! On September 8 we rescued a little white dog. He came to us in horrible shape. A victim of heartless action, his ears were cut off, he was starved. He couldn't stand up, the vets couldn't read his temperature. He was so anemic the vets were shocked he was still alive. He was physically and emotionally traumatized. We did not know if he would survive....
