DC Bar counsel finds Rudy Giuliani committed ethics violation, recommends he be DISBARRED

 

After a hearing on possible ethics violations, a panel concluded that Rudy Giuliani committed at least one ethical violation in connection with his baseless lawsuits challenging the results of the 2020 presidential election. Indeed, the attorney representing the DC Bar, Hamilton Fox, argued that the evidence proved Giuliani "weaponized his law license to bring a frivolous action in an attempt to undermine the Constitution." Accordingly, as NBC News reported' "D.C. Bar counsel urges Giuliani be disbarred."
