As NPR reported, "Supreme Court says Lindsey Graham must testify in grand jury Georgia election probe." Lindsey Graham has done everything he can to avoid testifying to the Georgia state grand jury investigating Donald Trump's election crimes. Of course, Graham might also be concerned about his own possible exposure for phone calls with Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, who said he believes Graham was urging him to toss out lawfully cast ballots. Graham now has three options: 1. Testify truthful about Trump's crimes 2. Testify untruthfully about Trump's crimes and run the risk of Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis indicting him for perjury 3. Invoke his 5th Amendment right against self-incrimination This video explores these three options, as well as the pros and cons of DA Willis granting Graham immunity in the event he pleads the 5th.
