The legal landscape seems to be turning against former president Donald Trump. Three stories broke today: 1. The Supreme Court refused to stop the release of Donald Trump's tax information to the House Ways and Means Committee 2. Lindsey Graham finally ran out of rope and was forced to testify before the Georgia state grand jury investigating Trump's election crimes 3. Today's legal arguments in the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals went poorly for Trump, as the three Republican-appointed on the panel were extremely skeptical, bordering on hostile, toward Trump's claim that a special master should remain in place to review the classified documents Trump stole from the White House and unlawfully concealed at Mar-a-Lago. it feels like justice may finally be pulling on its running shoes.
