Social Security & Medicare are next

 

Surprise, surprise! It's October, and Republicans are pondering making dramatic cuts to Social Security and Medicare. This time it's Kevin McCarthy. No, that's not an echo you're hearing. It's just business as usual for my colleagues in the Republican Party. They have no trouble cutting taxes for billionaires and multinational corporations while looking to squeeze every last dime out of everyday Americans. We've heard it before, and make no mistake: if they take back the House on Election Day, we'll vote on it in 2023. Tell Republicans hell no to Social Security and Medicare cuts. Heck, even a broken clock is right more often than the Republican Party when it comes to Social Security and Medicare. They're always trying to take back what is rightfully ours while telling us it's an entitlement and out of control.
