3 things you need to know

 

Here are three main things standing between me and re-election:

1. New York Republicans have decided to endorse a MAGA Republican to run against me for attorney general. 2. The Republican Attorneys General Association (RAGA), a group that is committed to helping elect far-right attorneys general across the country, raised MILLIONS last quarter.  3. My GOP opponent has accepted tens of thousands of dollars from a “Stop the Steal” conspiracy theorist.

That’s why, with under 90 days left before Election Day, I’m counting on your support now more than ever. I have a big fundraising deadline coming up, but I’m still falling $7,305 short of my goal to raise $15,000. So I have to ask: Will you rush a donation to my campaign for re-election now so I can stand tall against RAGA’s attacks and defeat my GOP opponent?

When I made history in 2018 by becoming the first Black woman ever to be elected attorney general of New York, I knew that this historic accomplishment would mean nothing if I didn’t use my platform to fight for New York’s working families. And,  I’m proud to say that that’s exactly what I’ve done.  Throughout my time in office, I’ve held gun and opioid manufacturers and sellers accountable for all the harm that they have caused New Yorkers, fought relentlessly for LGBTQ+ and voting rights, advocated for the creation of an abortion fund, and so much more.  But, at a time when even our most fundamental rights are under attack, my work is nowhere near complete. That’s why I’m running for re-election, and I’m counting on the support of this grassroots team to help me defeat my GOP opponent and win in November.
