This last weekend was a busy one for Ayanna and the A-Team.
She launched a canvass in Dorchester, aimed at organizing folks around the importance of voting and helping people make a plan to vote who don't have one already:
Ayanna attended Festival Betances, an annual celebration of Latinx heritage and culture held at Villa Victoria, an affordable housing development in Boston that was created 50+ years ago and has become a national model:
Ayanna attended the Boston While Black Family Reunion, a day-long celebration of Black experiences, community and culture:
And, along with all of that, Ayanna also gave a speech to the American Federation of Teachers (AFT) Convention in Boston, where she spoke to thousands of educators about the role they play as defenders of democracy and community builders.
Ayanna is dedicated to community organizing, and as we approach November 8th, it’s so important that we have the resources to support this campaign to re-elect Ayanna, so she can continue to lead on so many issues of consequence and create change for our communities.
Together we will continue to fight for the progress that our communities deserve.
In solidarity,
The A-Team
