DC attorney general ready to press charges against Giuliani

 

DC Attorney General Karl Racine has said that prosecutors will “investigate not only the mobsters but also those who invited the violence” in the Capitol this week -- and Rudy Giuliani is first on the list.   Leading up to the attacks on the Capitol, Giuliani was calling for a “trial by combat” to resolve Trump and the GOP’s baseless disputes of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris’ legitimate election victory.   Giuliani is just one of countless Republicans who modeled Trump’s incendiary rhetoric and encouraged far-right fanatics to invade Congress.
