CNN is reporting some devastating news to our campaign: The GOP holds a $28 MILLION ad advantage in these Georgia Senate runoffs!! We need to respond ASAP. We can’t get outspent like this, Frank. The campaign just launched a Rapid Response Fund with a goal of raising $250,000 by midnight!  We knew the GOP was going to empty its war chest for this runoff.
