RAUL GRIJALVA: What I am about to say might be a bit difficult to believe

Arizona Congressional District 3 Debate, Rep. Raul Grijalva (D) and Daniel Wood (R) on September 28, 2020.

Friends,

Last week I debated my Republican opponent — and because what I'm about to say might be difficult to believe, here's the link to the full debate.

For the better part of 30 minutes, not only did my opponent reaffirm his support of Donald Trump's cruel policies, but spewed misinformation and conspiracy theories, going as far as to claim that only 9,000 Americans have died from COVID-19.

This is the same opponent that took to Facebook to post a video claiming that the coronavirus was a planned attack on our country, and other conspiracies so extreme that Facebook censored the post.

With the Republican Party now spotlighting my opponent and encouraging people to contribute to his campaign, and the public health crisis making it more difficult than ever for people to vote, I need your help today to make sure my opponent never sees the halls of Congress.

Please, chip in $3 — or whatever you can today — to make sure my campaign has the resources needed to win this election. With ballots being mailed out and early voting starting tomorrow, this is urgent.

Peace,

Raúl Grijalva (D-AZ)
