Fresh fruits and veggies for families

During COVID-19, families have gone hungry. The crisis continues, and low-income and undocumented families hit hardest by the crisis deserve nutritious, fresh produce just like everyone else.

We’re partnering with The Street Vendor Project to commit $3,000 each week toward fresh fruits and vegetables for families in New York’s 14th District.

In this time of economic crisis and uncertainty, it’s critical that the folks who can step up do step up. If you can afford it, can you rush a contribution to help support this initiative right now?

Every week, we’re distributing food to families that need it most. Just because families are in need doesn’t mean the food they receive shouldn’t be healthy and nutritious. From broccoli and apples to carrots and potatoes, food justice means fresh produce for all.
