No. It's a great thing because we want to spread out the disease over time.

—By slowing it down or flattening it, we're not going to decrease the total number of cases, we're going to postpone many cases, until we get a vaccine—which we will, because there's nothing in the virology that makes me frightened that we won’t get a vaccine in 12 to 18 months.

Combined with information from the World Health Organization, it makes great sense.

The understated issue is the method of transmission.

SMALLPOX was transmitted in the pus from smallpox sores.
The original 'vaccine' was actually pus from cow pox which was discovered when those in contact with infected cows were immune.

EBOLA is transmitted by contact from bodily fluids - for instance, the dead were washed prior to burial which spread the disease. In some cases, the protective gear in health care workers failed, was punctured and they contracted the disease.

In the case of CORONAVIRUS, transmission is droplets from the breath - that's why the 6 feet recommendation since the droplets from the breath fall to the ground. However, those droplets are not dead and can survive on surfaces which WHO is analyzing.

This is why tRump's failures to act promptly and appropriately allowed the spread and failed to protect Americans.

SENATORS had ONE MONTH to sell their stocks and profit, during which the spread of CORONAVIRUS could have/should have been addressed.

It's also important to remember that, while CORONAVIRUS is 'new,' we can't ignore previous threats that Obama addressed appropriately to prevent pandemics.
