A judge in Washington DC just dismissed with prejudice (permanently) the bogus prosecution that Jeanine Pirro brought against 67-year-old former Olympic athlete David Hearn.
In an incredibly compelling condemnation of Donald Trump, the judge said he had to dismiss the case permanently because Trump had suggested that he wanted Hearn prosecuted because he donated money to ActBlue, a Democratic Party-affiliated fundraising platform, and because Trump doesn't like Hearn's lawyer, Norm Eisen.
I sat down with Adam Klasfeld of All Rise News to discuss this remarkable court ruling.
