MAMDANI AND JAMES JOIN STRIKE

Around 15,000 fired-up New York City-area nurses went on strike—the largest nursing strike in the city’s history.

Mayor Zohran Mamdani joined them, stating: “These nurses are here for New Yorkers. They show up and all they are asking for in return is dignity, respect, and the fair pay and treatment that they deserve.”

NY AG Letitia James also spoke, declaring: “If these hospitals have money to hire scabs, then they’ve got money and resources to address the needs of these nurses.”

Nearly 20 years ago, nurses helped save my life. They are some of the hardest-working people out there—they deserve everything they’re asking for, and more.

RATINGS PLUMMET FOR CBS NEWS

According to new ratings, CBS Evening News is now down 23% compared to last year. That might have something to do with them trying to become their own version of Fox “News.” Or the fact they’re operating like state-sponsored media.

The program’s new host, Tony Dokoupil, recently did a ridiculous interview with Trump that turned into an outright propaganda session. And Dokoupil was steamrolled by Trump in the worst way.

At one point, Trump told him: “You wouldn’t have a job right now … If [Kamala Harris] got in,” implying he was personally responsible for the hire.

HIS NAME IS TJ SABULA

Earlier this week, Trump was doing a photo-op at a Ford plant, when worker TJ Sabula shouted: “Pedophile protector!” Trump responded with a “f**k you” and a middle finger. Classy.

Sabula was later suspended without pay after a video of the encounter went viral. “Definitely no regrets whatsoever,” Sabula said. “I don’t feel as though fate looks upon you often, and when it does, you better be ready to seize the opportunity—and today I think I did that.” Absolutely. As I’ve always said—if you have a platform, use it.

The United Auto Workers union says they will fight for Sabula, and two GoFundMe pages have raised more than $800,000 to support him and his family.

DEMS PUSH FOR ARREST

Rep. Ro Khanna is one of several Democratic lawmakers who are calling for the arrest and prosecution of the ICE agent who killed Renee Nicole Good. Khanna is also behind a bill with Rep. Jasmine Crockett that aims “to force ICE agents to wear body cameras, not wear masks, have visible identification, and ensure ICE has independent oversight.”

Crockett called out her Republican colleagues directly, stating: “Can y’all not just have a little bit of courage and humanity? A child has lost her mom and y’all want to pretend that it is OK.”

And Sen. Ruben Gallego spoke plainly about Good’s killing: “They literally murdered an American. What happened that day was absolute murder and that ICE officer should be in jail.”

AOC ON IMPEACHING TRUMP

Dem Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez slammed Trump’s immigration abuses this week, stating: “I want everybody to understand, the cuts to your health care are what’s paying for this … You get screwed over to pay a bunch of thugs in the street that are shooting mothers in the face.”

Regarding impeaching Trump, AOC didn’t hold back: “The criminality of what we’ve been seeing from this administration is quite clear,” adding there are a “litany” of impeachable acts.

When asked if Trump has committed impeachable acts, AOC shook her head yes and said: “Absolutely. Absolutely. Without a shadow of a doubt. Starting from the very beginning with the seizure of funds that are mandated, I think that line has been crossed.”

AOC is spot on. Trump is using the dictator’s playbook and he thinks no one can stop him. That’s why we launched our Midterm Accountability Project.

Orange Menace at the Ford plant: thin skinned narcissist reacts like the 12 year old that he is. Unbelievable that a US President would flip the bird at an American worker. However, this is how he rolls.

I totally agree. We should focus on what that reaction by ones’ Father looks like from a world view. What if our father acted like an out of control , angry, raging immature child ????? Is this what Americans deserve.? Ask yourselves please if this outrage from our “so called leader” sparks a desire to act the same way in our young or old human beings. The question becomes “why?” And how do we help those angry , dangerous citizens ?

Perhaps America’s goal could be to educate, (truth only, )and make those who are suffering from such rage find a path to wellness. That could be titled “how to become an educated, healthy adult one day”? One who could then help America get on the path to wellness as a country.

The photo op at the Ford factory doesn’t surprise me in the least. WE are tired of waiting for the Epstein files and we’re really tired of the lawlessness and cruelty of this administration. Ford want to place nice with trumpy so I stand with the employee. @cbsnews has lost all credibility with viewers. What they are doing now is glossing over the facts and providing state run commentary. @BariWeiss decided she wanted trumpy approval over journalism. Let’s keep them at the bottom of the ratings war

A 23% drop in viewership for C(BS) News is only a start. We need to boycott every bit of CBS/Paramount programming, including all of their streaming and theatrical releases. Boycott all CBS sports programming. And start notifying advertisers that you won’t be subjecting yourself to the Ellison propaganda network.

cbs has plunged,not far enough, because they can’t be trusted with information. They are just not worth it anymore.

If President Obama had flipped off anyone on camera, Faux News would have said Impeachment. But not with Donny Shit for Brains! So glad CBS ratings plummeting!

Enforcement does not require shooting a gun, it doesn’t require a swarm of masked thugs taking down a “suspect”, it doesn’t require breaking and entering to kidnap anyone. All those behaviors are activities of terrorist and gang violence and in the case…ice…it is state sanctioned criminality and should be prosecuted like any other criminal.

GOOD! Boycott! (all except Stephen Colbert of course, but I watch him on you tube, NOT exactly on CBS. Boycott their advertisers too! Because they want to be "state" TV. That new guy is a joke! And Bari Weiss is a sicko!

BTW of course that Asshole Jonathan Ross needs to be charged, found guilty of murder and put in prison where he belongs! Ro, Jasmine, and Ruben are exactly right! In my honest opinion, I believe CBS started losing credibility when it pulled the 60 Minutes episode concerning CECOT by the new woman at the helm. The network seems to be working for the tRump administration, not the American people. When they put Tony in as the lead for the nightly news, a lot of people I know gave up on the network, including myself. From what little I have watched the CBS evening news since he took over, I have not been impressed. He does not appear to be impartial at all. He may be fine for entertainment tv but does not have the creditials for fact based evening news reporting. Poor choice on CBS's part, but then they only want "Yes" people these days. I would like to hear Andy Rooney's take on all of this!

More people need to stand up and speak out. I am very happy that the gentleman at the plant stood up and spoke out. He got the reaction from PINO that I expected....crude and immature. I sincerely doubt there is documented evidence of any former president flipping the bird at an American citizen. What a class act....NOT! If he wasn't guilty, he wouldn't have reacted in an emotionally immature manner. I pray AOC will start the impeachment process ASAP!

CBS: Full disclosure, TV has become a WASTE OF TIME & I watch very little...

But CBS had ALAN DERSHOWITZ on - he previously defended OJ SIMPSON, JEFFREY EPSTEIN, argued the AGE OF CONSENT...he's SHUNNED BY HIS COMMUNITY and anyone who fraternizing with him is SHUNNED. 

DERSHOWITZ got into an argument with a PIEROGI vendor who refused to serve him....Officer convinced DERSHOWITZ to leave...but he returned the naxt day and provoked another REFUSAL TO SERVE with DERSHOWITZ threatening to SUE.... 

DERSHOWITZ claims he got massages, but never undressed. 

Wants SCOTUS to review CNN LAWSUIT. 

DERSHOWITZ negotiated that 'ARREST SCHEME' with ALEX ACOSTA that allowed EPSTEIN to leave the prison overnight, but reports indicate EPSTEIN frequently didn't return, also included a NON-PROSECUTION CLAUSE that New York State overturned to prosecute EPSTEIN. 

LINKS to EPSTEIN need to be REVIEWED & MADE PUBLIC. 

CBS destroyed itself! 

The 60 MINUTES program that CBS banned was available in CANADA. 

CBS didn't want TRUTH & FACTS to be broadcast about the TORTURE PRISON. 

INDEPENDENT MEDIA has reported factual information about the TORTURE, ABUSE, SEXUAL ABUSE  at CECOT, including ICE GESTAPO ignoring COURT ORDERS. 

It was reported elsewhere that ADVERTISERS are avoiding CBS which is forced to rely on LOWER PAYING FOR PROFIT ADVERTISERS PROMOTING THEIR PRODUCTS. 

That defines  CBS FAILURES!
