Trump's DOJ lawyers continue to make a mockery of the Constitution. This time, they argued in court that they will give Venezuelan immigrants only 24 hours of notice before they deport them.
A federal judge in Colorado Ruled that such a scheme clearly does not satisfy the due process rights of notice and opportunity to be heard.
Accordingly, the judge ordered that the Trump administration must give the Venezuelan migrants 21 days notice in advance of any attempted deportations, and fully inform them of their right to challenge their removal in court.
Hurting his cause even more, Donald Trump said not only the quiet part but the unconstitutional part out loud in new posts, as this video discusses.
