Let's take a trip down memory lane for a second. On election night in 2020, then-President Donald Trump stood in front of the nation and told a bald-faced lie. He suggested, without any evidence whatsoever, that there was a coordinated effort in key swing states to steal the election from him. I'm sure you remember the bitter struggles and horrific scenes that ensued: armed protestors threatening election workers at their homes, storming county precincts to stop the certification of results, and plots to kidnap blue state governors like Gretchen Whitmer. All of these efforts culminated in the horrific January 6th Insurrection at the Capitol. One would think that seeing the very fabric of our nation ripped apart would be enough to bring the Republican party to their senses and get them to condemn these actions. I wish I could tell you that was the case, but the language of election denialism has become standard in the Republican party. We can't afford another 2 years of "leadership" which actively undermines our democracy. Will you donate to our campaign to help flip the House? DONATE NOW In the past few months, Republican governors and members of Congress have started to lay the groundwork for another attempt to subvert our democracy, preemptively refusing to commit to certifying the results of the upcoming election. It's clear now that we only have one party in this country which is fully committed to preserving our democracy. That raises the stakes of this election even higher. For democracy in America to survive, we need to win and win decisively. From Worcester to the West Coast, we must go to the ballot box and repudiate the anti-democratic extremism of the GOP. It's going to take all of us giving everything we've got to save our democracy. Make a donation to our campaign before the end of the month and join our movement to protect democracy. DONATE NOW Yours in the fight,
