Officer Harry Dunn (ret.) this is personal to me

 

Our friend Harry Dunn is running for Congress in Maryland’s Third District, and we’re working to support him. I hope you’ll read the message below from him and consider splitting a donation between Harry’s campaign and Rural Democrats Turnout Fund. This race is personal to me.  It's personal to me because I know what's at stake. I know because I saw it firsthand. I witnessed the terror and damage that Donald Trump and his loyalists can inflict. Our democracy is incredibly fragile. And even though I'm a big dude, I'm ready to take on my next adventure as a Congressman with the care it deserves. Listen, there's MANY differences between me and Donald Trump, but let me point out a few: Firstly, I give a damn about protecting our democracy. Plain and simple. Secondly, I'm running for office to protect our freedoms – voting rights, reproductive rights, everything that he tried to gut. Thirdly, On November 5th, I'm going to win my election. And on November 5th, Donald Trump is going to lose his – again. I need all the grassroots support I can get to win this race.
