India Surpasses Iran In COVID-19 Cases

The number of n-Coronavirus cases in India has raced past the cases in Islamic Republic of Iran. It may be recalled that Iran was the worst hit country in the middle-east; outside China it was the 2nd hardest affected. In the beginning of the pandemic it was criticized for its slow response to the spread of virus by the western media. For long years Iran has been facing sanctions imposed by the USA, thus blocking selling of crude oil; and accessing international financial markets. This pandemic saw Iran braving the sanctions and refusing “humanitarian aid” by the USA! The closed borders and travel bans created additional challenges for Iran. So Iran sought $5 billion loan from the IMF to fight the virus. USA opposed it.

Iran had its share of problem created by congregation of devout Muslims in the city of Mashhad, which is home to Iran’s most important Shiite shrine that attracts pilgrims from across the regions including India, Pakistan, China, Bangladesh and middle-east. In spite of calls by Iran’s civilian government to clerics to close such shrines to the public, the shrine in Mashhad remained open. The first two deaths from n-Coronavirus in Qom – a Centre for Islamic Studies and for pilgrims from abroad – were announced on 19 February.
Iranian authorities responded to this development in Mashhad with maturity and wisdom without apportioning blame on pilgrims from neighbouring countries including India. In fact 2000 Indians, mostly Shia pilgrims from Kargil had to be flown back to India at a later date.
About 2 dozen lawmakers in Iran were infected with the virus; Iran’s Deputy Health Minister succumbed to the virus. A council Member close to the Supreme Leader of Iran also died from the virus!
In India the Tablighi Jamaat congregation of a few thousand devout Muslims held in March in Nizamuddin, Delhi was projected as the raison d’ĂȘtre for pan-India spread of n-Coronavirus! Later it emerged that at the most a thousand odd cases may have been added because of Tablighi Jamaat congregation. A mountain was made out of a mole-hill. India now has 138536 cases, not even 1% were contributed by the Tablighi Jamaat.
The witch-hunting, targeting, criminalization of Tablighi members which followed has no parallel in post-independent India during management of any epidemic. This author has worked in and documented five epidemics in India over fifty years from 1971 onwards. Why were the Tablighi members quarantined for up to 42 days at a stretch?
An apology to the Muslim community is in order. There should be an assurance that in future communal rhetoric would not be allowed to wreck scientific management of any epidemic. The Press Council of India should have taken suo motu action against the (practically) entire (with a few honorable exceptions) print media for failing to report the Tablighi event dispassionately and throwing to the winds journalistic ethics. Those ruling class politicians and senior bureaucrats (who addressed the media-conferences daily) should be facing an independent enquiry. The deathly silence of the top-most medical scientists during those days is astonishing; they could have guided a scientific and secular analysis. They chose to be silent.
President Trump has been blaming, in turn, China all along for producing the virus in a laboratory and releasing it to spread world-wide. Not even a shred of evidence is offered in support by the USA.
Pertinently, the Indian health authorities should have undertaken massive testing during the earlier months of management. They would have detected the asymptomatic cases (termed “super-spreaders”) which eventually led to the case-trajectory of infections zooming upwards. Callousness led to the preventable increase of cases in India. At this rate India is likely to surpass Turkey, Germany, and France in June 2020!

Lend ears to China’s voice, please
by Farooque Chowdhury
China has called for international cooperation against COVID-19, popularly named coronavirus, to tide over darkest hours. China has said: Cooperation and solidarity are the most powerful weapon to prevail over the epidemic. The country has said, which is significant, a “political virus” is spreading in the US to use every chance to attack and smear China. The country said: China is not a savior, but is willing to be a friend in need and a sincere partner. The country expressed hope: The darkest
time will pass, and the light is ahead.
The pandemic is helping to understand a few facts of the current state of geo-politics. One of these facts is China’s voice – voice with all its meanings.
The country expressed hope: The darkest time will pass, and the light is ahead.
These statements were from Wang Yi, China’s Foreign Minister, the country’s voice in the geopolitical arena.
On May 24, 2020, Wang Yi said at a press conference, on the sidelines of the third session of the 13th National People’s Congress (NPC), China’s annual national legislative session, in Beijing: The novel coronavirus is the common enemy of mankind.
However, Wang Yi has not forgotten to mention the hostile attitude of a part of imperialist/rightist forces to China: The “political virus” of some politicians losing no chance to attack and smear China is now spreading in the US. Some politicians ignored the basic facts and made up countless lies and conspiracy theories concerning China. Such lies have been recently compiled into a list and posted on the internet. The longer the list, the more it says about how low the rumormongers are willing to go and the more stains they will leave in history.
It’s China’s stern message, which has been delivered at a time when a number of US politicians launched repeated attacks against China’s measures to fight the coronavirus.
The extreme rightist/extreme conservative group blames China for the group’s inefficient and mismanaged measures in own country, which is a show of capitalist profit interest. The group even filed lawsuits for their claimed so-called compensation.
While expressing sympathy to the US with the highest number of coronavirus infections in the world, the Chinese FM said: “I want to say here: Don’t waste any more precious time, and don’t ignore lives.”
He said: Having claimed so many precious lives, COVID-19 serves as a stark reminder that countries must rise above differences in geography, race, history, culture and social system. “What China and the United States need to do the most is to first learn from each other and share their experience in fighting against the epidemic, and help each country fight it.”
China has called for cooperation and communication to mitigate the impact of COVID-19. Wang called on countries to stand “shoulder by shoulder” and seek positive cycles of mutual success, dismissing narratives of a “knock-out race” in which there is but one winner.
The one winner is the people fighting the pandemic.
Wang said: The US and China should start to coordinate and communicate over macro-policies as early as possible to reduce the impact of the disease on both economies and the world economy.
“China has always advocated that, as the world’s largest developing country and the largest developed country, both of us bear a major responsibility for world peace and development,” he said.
It’s noteworthy that China has not given up its position: a developing country largest in size.
The Chinese FM shed light on relations/cooperation with Russia, Europe, Japan, South Korea, Africa. The areas for cooperation mentioned by the Chinese FM include energy and e-/cloud-economy.
Wang said the impact of COVID-19 on Belt and Road cooperation is “temporary and limited”, and the cooperation will be strengthened.
Wang also offered his strong support for the World Health Organization and its chief, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, frequent targets of US criticism. “To support the WHO is to support saving lives. This is the choice any country with a conscience should make”, he said.
China, it should be mentioned, as part of its fight against the pandemic, has mounted the largest ever-global humanitarian operation in decades. The country has shipped medical supplies to nearly 150 countries and four international organizations to meet their immediate needs. It has exported 56.8 billion masks and 250 million protective suits, among other provisions.
The pandemic-time has seen nosedive of China-US relation. The US regularly throws accusations against China: Cover-ups and lack of transparency in fighting the virus in the city of Wuhan.
Last month, the US state of Missouri became the first US state to sue the Chinese government over its handling of the coronavirus, saying China’s response to the outbreak brought devastating economic losses to the state.
Wang said such lawsuits lacked any legal basis.
“The China of today is not the China of a century ago, and nor is the world,” he added. “If you want to infringe upon China’s sovereignty and dignity with indiscriminate litigation, and extort the fruits of the hard work of the Chinese people, I am afraid this is a daydream and you’ll only humiliate yourself.”
The world’s most powerful imperial power has not heard this voice from China years ago. This voice, the changing power-position on the stage of geopolitics, should be taken into consideration by all including that power that considers itself the greatest in the world. But, certain ultra right groups and certain left groups in countries fail to take note of this voice. So, the ultra right engages Guaidos in countries, and those left groups extend their hands of cooperation to the Guaidos in countries. Both of the groups fail to understand that the global power matrix is changing; and, those left groups fail to understand that joining the Guaidos, if they only consider tactical aspect, is a losing game in today’s world. They should lend their ears to China’s voice and tone. China is not making hollow sounds. Only years ago, there was no stern message from China to the world imperial power. Only years ago, the imperial power was the sole “authority” to issue “human rights reports”. But, those days have passed away. Now, China issues human rights report every year, which exposes the human rights situation in the Empire, and which the rightist/imperialist “rights” groups ignore. Similar other developments including the development concerning the WHO are there.
And, if those left groups consider strategic aspect, they will understand that joining Guaidos will be identified in history as an act of betrayal as Guaidos’ only role is to further imperial interests. Those left groups should check with their rightist Guaido-friends: Shall the friends take anti-imperialist position while marching for democracy? In today’s world, the march for democracy can’t move forward without taking anti-imperialist stand in any country, irrespective of hemispheres, irrespective of regions, irrespective of level of development – developed or underdeveloped, irrespective of type of democracy – bourgeois or neo-colonial or plundering or invasioned, or so-called liberal or illiberal, in whatever way one likes to identify. Now, it’s the choice – prudence: to be, or not to be a betrayer. And, at the end, all betrayers lie on muck as clowns of political drama. In Baanglaa, since the days of Plassey in 1757, betrayers are named Meer Jaafar.

Cancer Care during COVID 19 Pandemic: Untold Challenges
by Akhter Hussain Bhat
There is no denying the fact that the coronavirus pandemic has presented India like every other country with a crisis, but a crisis is no excuse to focus all of one’s efforts on one disease at the expense of others. Considering the serious medical and emotional needs of patients, the government needs to issue scientifically drafted patient centric guidelines about managing cancer patients and handling their care against the backdrop of the COVID-19 outbreak. Health professionals engaged in cancer care also have a responsibility to communicate information about appropriate medical care, practice modifications and treatment regimens to the people under their care.
The way forward for rural and agricultural development in India during and after COVID-19
by Bhabani
Shankar Nayak
The idea of peace depends on prosperity and the pursuit of prosperity depends on creating conditions for greater equality and liberty in political, social and economic sphere. India can do it if the governments of India show their political commitment for the all-round development of Indians. India lives in its rural heartlands. The future of India depends of the future of poor, farmers, migrants, women, students and youth in rural India.
Cyclone Amphan & Lockdown

A Group of Christians Stoned and Beaten up in Chhattisgarh
by Shibu Thomas
On the 5th of May, a group of Christians namely *Ramu, *Manu and 7 others, including women, were mercilessly beaten up by a group of religious fanatics at a village in the Bastar District of the Indian State of Chhattisgarh. Why? Because they refused to forsake Christianity. Narrating this incident to Persecution Relief, *Ramu said that for a while now, the group of fanatics have been tormenting the 5 Christian families that live in this village and threatening to grab their property, livestock, home and kick them out of the village if they refused to listen to them.

Mourn On Memorial Day & Indict Our Ruling Criminally Insane Murderous Investors in Wars on Wall St.
by Jay Janson
On Memorial Day, after mourning our loved ones, taken away from us by our ruling criminally insane murderous investors in Weapons of Mass Destruction on Wall Street, let us at least indict these pathetic racist colonial powered accumulators of capital in our hearts and minds and look to the day when pale skin bankers will no longer wield such incredible power over the planet and humanity.
First of all Mourn! Morning the passing of loved ones is of all around importance to our psyche and mental health. It can even preclude expiating any feeling of regret or guilt for not having been able to have prevented the death of a loved one. Mourn, and make one’s mourning complete and inclusive so as not to leave any loose ends of self-concern.
On Memorial Day! Mourn US Soldiers Killed in Criminally Dishonorable Wars in Other Peoples’ Countries! This is one kind of the completeness in mourning mentioned above and was the title of your peoples historian jay janson’s Memorial Day message of last year.
Mourn your loved ones having been deceived by their government and the CIA fed mainstream media into participating in genocidal crimes against humanity. Your jay janson 2016 Memorial Day cautionary was titled Mourn Deceived GIs! “US Foreign Policy Greatest Crime Since WWII” (Ex US Att. Gen. Ramsey Clark)
Mourn, with the original intention of the first Memorial Day after the American Civil War, all the beloved of both sides who lost their lives. Mourn the soldiers who died fighting in their own beloved country against a US invasion during which your beloved lost his or her life, and mourn the collateral deaths and maiming of their precious non-Caucasian children and grandparents. With this aim, your historian wrote against the misuse of mourning by criminal media and saw published in 2015, Memorial Day! Americans Honor Military that Collaterally Slaughtered Millions of Non-Caucasian Children
Now, with that feeling or afterthought in mind which usually follows deep mourning, namely, the urge to do something in the name of, or remembrance of, our deceased beloved, let us consider what might be done or at least thought of as appropriate.
Let us consider:
Tackling the Source of Wars: Private Capitalist Investment Bankers As Documented Throughout American History
Here is America’s last aristocratic, born-in-wealth, insider US president, Franklin Roosevelt, telling us we are on the right track in sourcing war, identifying, exposing, disempowering and eventually prosecuting consorting investment bankers and preventing them from further conspiring to promote mass murder, mass maiming and destruction:
“The real truth of the matter is, as you, and I know, that a financial element in the larger centers has owned the Government ever since the days of Andrew Jackson.” – Franklin Delano Roosevelt in a letter to Colonel Edward House, October 34, 1933 (Andrew Jackson was US President during the early 1930s.)
A Survey of Investment Banking as the Source of All America’s Wars
“”If you don’t know history, it’s as if you were born yesterday. If you were born yesterday, then any leader can tell you anything””. -Howard Zinn(08/11/2008)
Most American veterans, in spite of having followed orders of their generals and willingly gone to any country in the world to kill and be killed, seem to be deaf to the famous words of Major-General Smedley Butler (1881-1940), the most decorated Marine in U.S. history, twice decorated with the Medal of Honor. Seventy-five years ago, retired Gen. Butler confessed to having been a “high class muscleman for Big Business, for Wall Street and for the Bankers. In short, I was a racketeer, a gangster for capitalism.”
His 1935 published “War is a Racket” opens with,
“War is a racket. It always has been. It is possibly the oldest, easily the most profitable, surely the most vicious. It is the only one international in scope, and the profits are reckoned in dollars and the losses in lives.
A racket is best described as something that is not what it seems to the majority of the people. Only a small ‘inside’ group knows what it is about. It is conducted for the benefit of the very few, at the expense of the very many. Out of war a few people make huge fortunes.
For a great many years, as a soldier, I had a suspicion that war was a racket; not until I retired to civil life did I fully realize it…. I must face it and speak out.
There isn’t a trick in the racketeering bag that the military gang is blind to. Like all the members of the military profession, I never had a thought of my own until I left the service. My mental faculties remained in suspended animation while I obeyed the orders of higher-ups.
I helped make Mexico and especially Tampico safe for American oil interests in 1914. I helped make Haiti and Cuba a decent place for the National City Bank boys to collect revenues in. I helped in the raping of half a dozen Central American republics for the benefit of Wall Street. The record of racketeering is long. I helped purify Nicaragua for the international banking house of Brown Brothers in 1909-1912. I brought light to the Dominican Republic for American
sugar interests in 1916. I helped make Honduras “right” for American fruit companies in 1903. In China in 1927, I helped see to it that Standard Oil went its
way unmolested….
I had, as the boys in the back room would say, a swell racket…. I might have given Al Capone a few hints. The best he could do was operate his racket in three city districts. We Marines operated on three continents….
Our exploits against the American Indian, the Filipinos, the Mexicans, and against Spain are on a par with the campaigns of Genghis Khan, the Japanese in Manchuria and the African attack of Mussolini. No country has ever declared war on us before we first obliged them with that gesture. Our whole history shows we have never fought a defensive war.””
Not just veterans, but the majority of Americans continue to be gullible, naive and bizarrely trusting of their commercial TV network’s news anchors, radio hosts and corporatocracy beholden publishers of their newspaper and tabloids. The citizens of the superpower are, dangerously, the most ‘why me worry,’ politically illiterate on earth, and thus, super misled and manipulated – always ready to fall for the next hoax for invading or bombing another poor country. AS THEY ARE SUCKERED INTO TO KEEP THEIR EYES AND EARS FOCUSED ON THE INVESTORS CONTROLLED US PRESIDENT.
For over a hundred and fifty years, critics of capitalism have pointed to capitalist political economy’s inherent need for war. America’s most well known economist, Thorstein Veblen, assumed depression to be the normal condition in a business-enterprise economy, to be relieved by war and expansion abroad. He described capitalism’s unsustainability and its destiny to fail and cause continued suffering.
“”The current situation in America [1922] is by way of being something of a psychiatrical clinic… Perhaps the commonest and plainest evidence of … unbalanced mentality is to be seen in a certain fearsome and feverish credulity with which a large proportion of Americans are affected…. There is a visible lack of composure and logical coherence, both in what they will believe and in what they are ready to do about it. The fabric of credit and capitalization is essentially a fabric of concerted make-believe resting on the routine credulity of the business community at large.”
Veblen saw the modern business leader as essentially a latter-day predatory warrior – transformed, armed, and clothed in a fashion that enables him to dominate modern society:
For all the socialist reforms within capitalist America that ‘financial element in the centers of power,” allowed President Franklin Roosevelt to accomplish, Social Security, Unemployment Compensation, the WPA, CCC Camps, Forestry Service and all the massive construction projects with the government as employer, FDR appears to have been a saint, but FDR had to have been aware of what America’s wealthy were up to as they counted on fascism and war to rescue their highly lucrative participation in the European empires plundering near world wide rule over human society. The six year cataclysm their profitable investments made possible would surpass the European empires’ record of lives lost in all of the previous five centuries of Caucasian conquering and plundering of Africa, Asia and the Americas. The Second World War, made possible by US corporations’ great investments in and joint-venturing with Nazi Germany’s military, brought death to approximately 3% of the Earth’s population at that time. In facilitating the genocide that was the Second World War, Americans led by its wealthy investment bankers, merely acted as they had since before the beginning of the United States nation when the New England banks ran the slavery genocide at the same land banks fostered the genocides of Native America nations, Mexico and the Philippines. Wall Street institutions favored the imperialist foreign policy that brought about the invasion of China and the lucrative sacking of Beijing that was soon followed by the conspiracy created Federal Reserve banks facilitating the mega loan sharked First World War and the eventual US armed forces’ entry.
From April 1934 through February 1936, the US Senate’s Special Committee on Investigation of the Munitions Industry chaired by Senator Gerald Nye investigated the financial and banking interests that underlay the United States’ involvement in World War I. The committee reported that between 1915 and January 1917, the United States lent Germany 27 million dollars. In the same period, it lent to the United Kingdom and its allies 2.3 billion dollars, almost 100 times as much. These payments were made during wartime: July 28, 1914 – November 11, 1918. Because of these facts Senator Nye, many war critics, and members of the American public concluded that the US entered the war for reasons of profit, not policy — because it was in American commercial interest for the United Kingdom not to lose.
Was this genocidal American history ever in any way, sobering for President Franklin Roosevelt to consider, especially during years of the Nye Committee, early in first term of his administration. Given FDR’s high position that enabled him to appreciate corporate governed America’s indispensable role in the rise of Hitler up to absolute dictator, this historian can only wonder at his overall silence,
WWII & HOLOCAUST COULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED Without USA Rearming Germany (for war on Russia)
The Treaty of Versailles that ended the First World War forced reduction of the strength of the German army from 4,500,000 in 1918 to 100,000. Its navy was not to exceed 15,000 men, including manning for the fleet, coast defenses, signal stations, administration, and other land services. Heavy weapons armored vehicles, submarines and capital ships were forbidden, as were aircraft of any kind. Compliance with these restrictions was monitored until 1927 by the Military Inter-Allied Commission of Control.[.01 Historical Documents Papers Relating to the Foreign Relations of the United States, The Paris Peace Conference, 1919, Volume XIII Section IV.—Inter-Allied Commissions of Control (Art. 203 to 210), US Office of the Historian]
In Germany, 1918 to 1929 was a already a time of low economic growth and mass unemployment. The Wall Street Crash during the autumn of 1929 had grave consequences for Germany. German unemployment brought suffering to 20 million people. All over Germany there were people desperate for money to feed, clothe and house their families. Many homeless were camping out in the parks of Berlin. [?]
There is simply no way an impoverished and utterly demilitarized Nazi Germany, with no air force, a tiny navy, no armored vehicles, no heavy weapons and a tiny army, could have on its own, built its armed forces up to the most powerful military in the world during the first six years of Hitler’s rule without the colossal and crucial investments in, and joint venturing by powerful US corporations in low wage Nazi Germany in outright evasion of the Versailles Treaty prohibition of German rearmament. There is no way Hitler could have begun a world war and a multi-nation Holocaust when he did without the mega enormous financial and technical help he received from the United States of America. England and France cooperated, especially in agreeing to allow the abandonment of the prohibitions on German rearmament, while Western media defended the building up of Nazi Germany’s military as only a ‘bulwark’ against the Soviet Union.
How the Western War Investors Owned Criminally Powerful Cartel of Great Mainstream Media News/Entertainment Corporations Continued To Successfully Deceive and Betray Its World Audience.
The rearming of Germany made possible Hitler’s invasions of twenty-two countries and brought world war to Asia, for Japan would not have dared to attack and declare war on the United States of America without it being able to count on an alliance with an awesomely powerful rearmed Nazi Germany, plus Italy, Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria and Albania, which all declared war on the USA immediately after Japan’s attack on Pearl Harbor. As already mentioned, the Second World War and the Holocaust, which made the rich speculators of Wall Street owned America the sole world superpower, is estimated to have taken the lives of 70 to 85 million men, women and children. within this total were the 28 million citizens, men, women and children, of the Soviet Union, which had been the obvious target goal for the rearming of Germany of a consensus of the wealthiest American and European capitalists. A further plus for Wall Street being that half the cities of Wall Street’s designated archenemy, socialist model USSR, lay in ruins.
The Beyond Imagination Great Multi-Nation Genocide that Included the Holocaust Must Be Laid at the Feet of Wealthy Profit Scheming Speculative Investors in War Headquartered in Lower Manhattan, New York City.
These business tycoons of America, who intentionally made a Second World War possible and thus are responsible for all that human suffering in astronomic amount are not thought of as demonic and criminally insane for their knowing full well the war they prepared would bring great horror and pain as all wars do. International reach US mass media, which they own and control, continually fixes the public’s attention on US Presidents, whose election they have backed, and the key high officials these presidents subserviently appoint at wealthy king pins ‘suggestion,’ while avoiding information and history critical of Americans.
The lighting speed of US foreign policy’s aggressive turn toward enmity and confrontation with a war devastated Soviet Union that was exercising military and political control over nations on its border that had invaded Russia as part of the Nazi Axis was in swift repudiation of FDR’s expressed desire to garner a future peaceful existence with the genocide suffered Soviet Union. This seems to have been a desperate continuance of the mortally destructive intentions of the US and other colonial powers toward the Soviet Union since 1919, when 12 capitalist nations sent 14 armies into Russia in support of a devastating civil war.
Even the dropping of Atom bombs on two Japanese cities is widely believed to have been to impress the Soviets. Warnings of commanding generals and admirals were ignored. In a 1963 interview on the use of the atomic bomb against Hiroshima, President Dwight D. Eisenhower bluntly declared that “…it wasn’t necessary to hit them with that awful thing.” In his memoirs he wrote, “Japan was already defeated and that dropping the bomb was completely unnecessary.” William D. Leahy–the five-star admiral, who had presided over meetings of the Joint Chiefs of Staff,“The Japanese were already defeated and ready to surrender… wars cannot be won by destroying women and children.”[William D. Leahy, I Was There, pg. 441, 1950]]Just a few weeks after the bombing, the famous “hawk” who led the Twenty-First Bomber Command, Major General Curtis E. LeMay, stated publicly that “The war would have been over in two weeks without the Russians entering and without the atomic bomb.” Admiral Chester W. Nimitz, commander in chief of the Pacific Fleet stated publicly two months after Hiroshima: “The Japanese had, in fact, already sued for peace.” Telford Taylor, the chief prosecutor at the Nuremberg trials, in his Nuremberg and Vietnam (1970) labeled Nagasaki a war crime.
It would seem that some heartless and deadly financial power other than the military was forcing through the criminal decisions made by ‘regular guy’ President Truman. Who else but the power elite on Wall Street and beyond powerful investment bankers.
The Cold War between the US and the USSR after the Second World War saw the colonial powers invading, bombing and using covert violence in most First World colonies and ex-colonies, and proxy wars between forces backed by the capitalist colonial powers against revolutionary independence movements backed by the Soviets and the socialist block.
Many post Second World war independence movements in the colonies experienced Colonial Powers fomented civil wars which would end, with a few exceptions, with real independence denied, and a government subservient to the interests of investors in the formerly occupying empires. The first of these many brutal colonial power fomented, often genocidal, civil wars took place in the British Empire’s Mandate Palestine.
The Genocidal Era of Banker David Rockefeller
For almost sixty years, during the presidencies of Eisenhower, Kennedy, Johnson, Nixon, Ford, Carter, Reagan, Bush, Clinton, Bush Jr. and Obama, three corrupt confidants of one evil mastermind have been the major long term managers of a US massively homicidal foreign policy of invasions, occupations, undeclared wars, bombings, military threats and CIA led violent overthrows and assassinations throughout the third world.
Only three appointed high government officials have run sixty years of war on small vulnerable nations, that were previously plundered under military occupation by colonial powers for centuries?
Three spooks, John Foster Dulles (aided by his equally corrupt brother Allen, head of the CIA), Henry Kissinger and Zbigniew Brzezinski, chosen by David Rockefeller to oversee the deaths of tens of millions of men, women and children, murdered in their own small beloved countries, as often as not in their own towns, villages and homes – millions more dying in violent aftermaths of US crimes against Congo, Guatemala, Korea, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Iraq, Afghanistan, Somalia, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Indonesia, Libya and many other places. (Congo alone accounts for from between six and fifteen million dead since the US led Belgians and other Europeans in destroying it as a nation.
In every single case of US mayhem (that if totaled up reaches many multi-holocaust proportions), civil war, fomented by the US itself, has been used as a pretext for unlawful barbaric criminal intervention by US Armed Forces, most often prepared by a corporate business dutiful CIA using its far flung network of banks, media, double agents and cooperating NGOs. The Bilderberg Group, and Trilateral Commission, that often take place just before each Group of 20 and Group of 8 meeting are insidiously presiding over the catastrophic condition of Majority Mankind. They oversee the trillions being allocated to the production of arms, WMD and delivery systems. Could any of our peace organizations investigate and expose the deep state banking controlled CIA, the six giant entertainment/news and book publishing conglomerates, the Council On Foreign Relations? The Trilateral Commission?
Martin Luther King Jr. was most certainly assassinated for the danger to the power elite that his widely heard denouncing predatory capitalism and condemning imperialist wars represented, and because he was working to produce a second March on Washington to connect the wars with poverty at home, threatening to stop senseless illegal wars as he had been the foremost leader in stopping the illegal segregation which corrupt state and federal courts had made legal.[https://www.americanrhetoric.com/speeches/mlkatimetobreaksilence.htm]
American led wars are a serious trillion dollar secret international business Most Americans are tricked into to keeping their eye on the President of the U.S., who the banking establishment has groomed and has had Americans elect, and fooled into imagining the powerful of the banking establishment were allowing him to be his own man as to when and where to invade, bomb or sanction. Trump knows that should he dare to step out of line on an big money issue, he will be assassinated as were Presidents Lincoln, Garfield and Kennedy.
Have faith that a confident society of non-belligerent non-confrontational civilized behavior from within the great mass of nations peoples with skin of various hues of color will emerge and bring sanity to the age of exciting and happy human exploration of our inner and outer universe.

Covid-19 : There are no heroes in this war

The death by suicide of Dr. Lorna Breen, the medical director of the emergency department at NewYork-Presbyterian Allen Hospital in New York City, is just the beginning of yet another health care crisis.
The death by suicide of Dr. Lorna Breen, the medical director of the emergency department at NewYork-Presbyterian Allen Hospital in New York City, is just the beginning of yet another health care crisis.
The COVID-19 pandemic has turned hospitals into battlegrounds and doctors into soldiers.
The lack of adequate personal protective gear, the fear of infecting our own families, the shortage of ventilators, the moral distress of having to choose resource allocation and more have all created anxiety and concern among health care professionals.
It is likely this crisis will lead to further attrition of the health care workforce and afflict those on the front lines with lasting trauma.
While much has been made on television and social media about the respect being shown to health care professionals across the world, many of those same professionals are being targeted by violence. In Mexico, bleach was thrown at a doctor. In India, a physician was barred from her own apartment complex for fear of her infecting others. A nurse in Chicago was attacked on a bus, again by people concerned about their risk of acquiring the infection from her.
Health care professionals have been vocal on social media and directly to the media about their concerns regarding lack of PPE. Many hospitals have sent out warnings to staff about speaking to the media or sharing any of their communications with the public.
As a result, some staff are being punished by hospital administrators or even fired for speaking up about lack of PPE. Dr. Samantha Houston, a hospitalist in Mississippi, was fired by Baptist Memorial Hospital-North for speaking publicly about lack of adequate PPE and for protecting nursing staff.
COVID-19 has added a tremendous amount of stress to the pre-existing level of burnout among health care professionals. Physician burnout was already a public health crisis that affected almost half of physicians in the U.S., according to a recent Medscape survey.
It is well established that physicians who are suffering from burnout are twice as likely to commit serious medical errors.
In 2019, the World Health Organization expanded the definition of burnout from a state of exhaustion to a “syndrome resulting from chronic workplace stress.” And that was before the pandemic struck.
To get a gauge of how the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted burnout in the industry, we surveyed health care professionals in mid-April without any regional limitations. The survey assessed perceived support from the health care system, concerns regarding PPE availability, impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on productivity and potential job loss, anxiety about spreading illness to immediate family members and psychosocial resources at work and at home.
Out of the 553 responses we received, concern about spreading infection in their households was the most signifcant stressor according to 85% of respondents. Almost 60% of the physicians felt the pressure of loss of productivity. Nearly 50% of all respondents reported inadequate PPEs despite the fact that our survey was not limited to hot spot regions. Fifty percent of the respondents felt inadequate emotional support and resources from leadership in handling work-related issues.
The only silver lining to note was the level of support felt from families and friends, which is a reflection of human adaptability during adverse conditions. Over 80% of all respondents felt they had emotional support from their families and friends despite social distancing.
But the fact remains, we are screaming for help beyond our walls.
Many of our colleagues are getting sick and dying like wounded soldiers on this battlefield. We do not yet have definitive data regarding how many health care professionals’ lives have been lost in this pandemic.
Data from Italy has shown that 20% of responding health care workers were infected, with death rates still unknown. In the U.S., over 9,300 have been infected and at least 27 have died. There surely will be more to come.
In March, Congress passed the Family First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA). This provided two weeks of paid leave to workers exposed to or infected by COVID-19, but this same legislation also stipulated that health care professionals may be excluded from paid sick leave.
Many institutions have clearly stated that even if we are exposed to the coronavirus, we must come to work unless we have symptoms. This has grave potential to expose patients and colleagues to the virus.
Our ask is simple.
Holding administrators, insurance companies, hospital systems and politicians accountable during these tough times is vital to fix our already broken health care system.
There is no health care professional who is doing the job to be called a “hero.” We are simply doing our jobs.
But while doing our jobs, we deserve the fundamental right to be protected from getting infected. We have safety standards that have been ignored from the onset of this pandemic.
Health care professionals need to have the right to sick leave, particularly when acquired as a hazard of their work. Additionally, addressing and treating mental and emotional well-being of the health care professionals who are dealing with the impact of this pandemic need to be a priority.
Help should be made freely available for those who need it.
As health care professionals, we will continue to care for our patients with utmost empathy.
We took an oath to care for the sick, and so you will find us coming to work, as we always have, regardless of the conditions.
We want to serve our patients. But we also do not want our jobs to kill us.
We do not want to be martyrs at the end.
