Congress needs to stop the Epstein cover-up, which starts with firing Attorney General Pam Bondi for leading it. Take action now if you agree.

Tony, the pressure to oust Bondi is building. Our persistent demands for accountability helped build the momentum that: 

1. Pushed Democrats and Republicans on the House Oversight Committee to subpoena Bondi over the mishandling of the Epstein files; and
2. Gave Democrats the courage to file articles of impeachment against her last week.^1,2

It’s important to remember that Epstein’s abuse didn’t happen in a vacuum. The powerful and wealthy people in Epstein’s orbit gave him the influence and credibility to continue trafficking girls (at least 1,000 of them) for decades while avoiding public scrutiny and legal consequences. We’re determined to drag all of these enablers into the light.

As far as we’re concerned, Bondi is now a part of that nefarious network. She has used her power as the country’s chief law enforcement officer to obstruct the release of the Epstein files at every turn, including violating the law. That’s right: Bondi blatantly ignored Congress’ deadline to make all records public AND failed to redact sensitive information about survivors. Her actions not only endangered the lives of survivors whose names and images are now public, but also proved that she is unfit to lead the Justice Department.

On Thursday, the Department of Justice released another batch of deeply disturbing Epstein files. Among them are horrific allegations from a survivor who says Donald Trump sexually assaulted her when she was just 13 and 15 years old.² This latest stomach-churning development confirms what we already knew: Bondi is breaking the law to protect sexual predators, including her boss. 

It's important to remember that Congress passed the Epstein Files Transparency Act with overwhelming bipartisan support in November. The law required the DOJ to release all of its documents related to Epstein's child abuse network by December 19, 2025. The deadline passed — and Bondi's DOJ has released only a fraction of what the law requires. More than 2.5 million documents remain unreleased.³

This isn't just a violation of the law, it's a slap in the face to more than 1,000 brave survivors who came forward with harrowing stories of the abuse they endured at the hands of Epstein and his accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell. Their courage has already forced the world to confront a network of crimes long protected by wealth, status, and silence — yet Bondi and the Department of Justice are still withholding key Epstein files while named figures connected to these terrible crimes continue to avoid accountability. Survivors deserve answers. They deserve accountability. And they deserve an Attorney General who follows the law. Sign the petition now.

And it’s not just her handling of the Epstein files that make Bondi unfit to lead. In January, Bondi refused to investigate Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent Jonathan Ross for killing Renee Nicole Good, a mother of three who stopped to defend her neighbors after dropping off her kids at school. Bondi’s blatant disregard for Good’s life led to a dozen federal prosecutors quitting their jobs.⁴

Now, the frustration and anger over Bondi's actions is bipartisan. Five Republicans just joined Democrats on the House Oversight Committee to vote 24-19 to subpoena Bondi, demanding she testify under oath about the DOJ's handling of the Epstein records.⁵ With articles of impeachment on the table, Congress needs to hear loud and clear that the public is paying attention and we demand accountability.
