URGENT ACTION NEEDED: Support Tribal demands to  PROTECT Bears Ears National Monument using traditional  knowledge! >>  Picture this: two stone towers rising above the Southern Utah horizon. When the sun hits just right, the rock formations resemble a bear with proud ears standing tall. Surrounding this iconic monument, are even more treasures: ancient rock paintings, cliff dwellings, and  Indigenous ceremonial sites!  Local Indigenous communities have deep connections to this land and ancestral knowledge for properly stewarding it. That’s why we need YOUR help to support a proposed plan to directly involve Indigenous communities in managing and protecting Bears Ears! will you urge the Bureau of Land Management to APPROVE the plan for Tribal co-management of Bears Ears National Monument?  SIGN THE PETITION Bears Ears made history when it was the FIRST EVER national monument proposed by Tribal Nations.
