Yesterday, we made an error in reporting the imminent reinstatement of Tennessee's ousted reps by Nashville's Council, which has the votes to reappoint Justin Jones. Justin Pearson's seat will be appointed by Shelby County's Board of Commissioners (Memphis), which has yet to commit to a course of action. We screwed the pooch on that one. Sorry!
