There was a FIRE FIGHTER TRAINING area on CAPE COD that employed PFAS that contaminated groundwater. The INDUSTRY was aware of the persistence of the chemicals & the threats they posed to FIREFIGHTERS. Lawsuits were filed, but CLEANUP in the meantime has been costly.
