JOHN MCENTEE COMMITS A FELONY DISTRIBUTING COUNTERFEIT MONEY TO HOMELESS PEOPLE....THIS IS THE WARPED CRIMINAL SLIME REPUBLICANS EMBRACE!

THE LARGE NUMBERS OF "LIKES" DEFINE MAGA STUPID!

Former Donald Trump Aide Slammed Over TikTok Video—'Disgusting and Illegal'

John McEntee, a former aide in the Trump administration, has sparked an online backlash over a TikTok video where he said he gives fake money to homeless people so they are arrested when they use it.

McEntee, who is currently working on HR for Donald Trump's campaign and is a senior adviser for the Heritage Foundation's 2025 Presidential Transition Project, said his actions were helping to "clean up the community" in the TikTok posted on the account for The Right Stuff, a dating app for U.S. conservatives that McEntee co-founded.

"So I always keep this fake Hollywood money in my car so when a homeless person asks for money, then I give him like a fake $5 bill, so I feel good about myself, they feel good," McEntee said in the clip.

"And then, when they go to use it, they get arrested so I'm actually like helping clean up the community. You know, getting them off the street."

The video's caption says: "Just a joke. Everyone calm down #fyp."

McEntee and the Trump campaign have been contacted for comment via email.

People can be fined and face up to 20 years in prison if they "knowingly and with the intent to defraud" possess or distribute any false, forged or counterfeit bill under 18 U.S. Code § 480.

McEntee's video has gone viral, with more than 7 million views and almost half a million likes since it was posted almost a week ago. Some found it amusing, while others said it was "pure evil."

Ex-Trump aide Johnny McEntee slammed for filming himself giving homeless people fake money

Yet another accused McEntee of reveling in malevolence: "He's so feeling his glee over being pure evil."

Some defended him, suggesting there was a misunderstood message behind his videos, with one user stating, "There's a lot of you that don't understand the message behind his videos," McEntee himself seemed to downplay the incident, captioning his post with "everyone calm down," hinting at the supposed humor of his actions.

The discussion also brought up legal concerns, with some individuals highlighting the potential illegality of distributing fake money, regardless of intent. A user posed: "This can't be legal. He is intentionally injecting counterfeit bills into circulation. Doesn't matter if he trades it for something or gives it as a gift. What's the charge for tricking someone into committing a crime so they'll be arrested?"

US law stipulates that anyone who "knowingly and with intent to defraud, possesses or delivers any false, forged, or counterfeit bond, certificate, obligation, security, treasury note, bill, promise to pay, bank note, or bill issued by a bank or corporation of any foreign country" may face a considerable fine or prison term of up to 20 years.

The footage was disseminated by The Right Stuff, the conservative dating platform co-developed by McEntee in 2022.

From 2017 to 2018, McEntee had a position as a personal aide to the former president and led the White House presidential personnel office from January 2020 to January 2021.
