Special prosecutor Jack Smith laid into and completely destroyed all of Donald Trump's legal arguments in a filing to Judge Aileen Cannon late last week. In his response to claims made by Trump and his legal team, Smith laid out EXACTLY why Trump's handling of classified documents warranted prosecution while other cases did not, and he even went as far as to dismantle Trump's claims about being protected by the Presidential Records Act.
