BREAKING: McConnell appears to freeze when asked about re-election

 


Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell appeared to freeze during an exchange with reporters at an event in his home state of Kentucky on Wednesday. The incident comes about a month after McConnell stopped speaking mid-sentence for several seconds during a press conference.
