FWD: Marjorie Taylor Greene requested a pardon after Jan. 6

Hi, it's Marcus Flowers, Democrat and Army Veteran running for Congress against Marjorie Taylor Greene.

News broke last week that my opponent explicitly requested a pardon from Donald Trump after the failed coup attempt on January 6th.

It shouldn't need to be said, but no one who has tried to overthrow the government should be allowed to serve in Congress.

That's why I'm running to defeat her. Can you chip in $20 or more to help me send Marjorie Taylor Greene into political retirement?

News broke during this week's Jan. 6 committee hearing that Marjorie Taylor Greene asked Donald Trump for a presidential pardon.

She KNEW she was guilty. But she still moved forward with an attempted coup, inciting a riot at the Capitol that nearly killed Nancy Pelosi and Mike Pence.

Look, we can’t have a member of Congress who requested a pardon from the former president -- the people of Georgia (and America, for that matter) deserve so much better.

We’re supporting Marcus Flowers, the Democrat and Army Veteran running to unseat Marjorie Taylor Greene this November.

Marcus set a goal of raising $250,000 by the end of June -- and we need at least 50 more contributions by midnight to stay on pace and reach it.

Can you contribute $5, $10, or whatever amount is meaningful to you to help our campaign keep pace?

With your help, Marcus Flowers will restore integrity, decency, and patriotism to the U.S. Congress.

Thanks for your support,

Team Flowers for Congress
