Trump spent the most time discussing paper ballots and eliminating early voting. He claimed, "Computers are not meant for voting… it's too many transactions taking place too quickly." He falsely asserted that eliminating electronic voting equipment would cut costs and that watermarks could make paper ballots "highly sophisticated."
