Courts deliver victories for Pennsylvania voters
A federal judge tossed out a lawsuit from six GOP Pennsylvania congressmen challenging the ability of military and overseas voters to have their ballots counted in the critical swing state this November.
As expected, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court decided not to pause its ruling permitting voters to cast a provisional ballot if their mail-in ballot is rejected for technical reasons. The Republican National Committee has gone to the U.S. Supreme Court over the issue.

Nye County, Nevada settled a lawsuit filed by the ACLU over the county's refusal to allow a nonpartisan staff member access to observe the election during the primary. Nye County agreed to not restrict election observers based on political affiliation.
