Judge Cannon, who abused her discretion previously in favor of Trump, should recuse from his case

Judge Aileen Cannon was appointed to the federal bench by Donald Trump and was confirmed AFTER Trump lost the 2020 presidential election. Then, she abused her discretion by stopping the FBI/DOJ investigation regarding the classified documents that had been seized by the FBI from Mar-a-Lago. Indeed, the appellate court chastised Judge Cannon for effectively interfering in the DOJ/FBI's investigation of Trump's crimes. Now, Judge Cannon has been designated to preside over Trump's criminal trial on charges of obstructing justice and violating our nation's espionage laws, among other crimes. This video reviews the recusal procedures available to have Judge Cannon replaced as the trial judge, and the dangers to the fairness of the trial and the legitimacy (or lack thereof) of any eventual result if Cannon remains the presiding judge.
