This week we saw horrendous coverage from the Press. Another 7 days of normalizing Donald’s behavior, ignoring the dangers he poses, and reminding us exactly why we can’t trust their garbage “news” anymore.
As I revealed a few days ago, CNN put out a bogus poll, framing it as if most Americans approve of how Trump is handling his return to the White House.
They took the word of 1,011 random Americans, 72% of whom said they weren’t really following the news. And only a slim majority of those actually approved of Trump’s transition. Pathetic.
Corporate media also let Trump off the hook for lying about his campaign pledge to lower grocery prices. He all of a sudden says it will be “very hard.” Of course it will be.
The Press essentially went silent about the credible assault allegations and drunken stories related to Donald’s pick for Secretary of Defense. Fox “News” even had the nerve to attack ProPublica for simply asking Hegseth if he got into West Point. Give me a break with this fake outrage.
And it was only a week ago when Trump was given the white glove treatment for his absolutely unhinged interview on Meet the Press. There was almost no pushback by corporate media after Donald said he would deport American children. The fact that this isn’t getting around-the-clock coverage is malpractice at best.
These are just a few reasons why so many people are cancelling their subscriptions, and tuning out corporate media. Folks are sick of being lied to, gaslit, and fed frivolous headlines at a constant.
Which is where we come in. Our Watchdog Coalition is holding corporate media accountable, and fighting Trump every single day of the week. In the last month alone, we’ve sent more than 60,000 letters to Senators from their constituents, opposing Donald’s unhinged cabinet picks.
And we’re just getting started.
