TEXAS: Did you see the big news?

THIS IS WHAT TEXAS NEEDS TO PROTECT ITS CITIZENS!

Big news:

The San Antonio Express-News editorial board just endorsed my Connect the Grid Act!

There’s lots of momentum behind my bill to fix Texas’s broken power grid—and I want to tell you more about it in a second.

But first, can you chip in $10, or whatever you can, to help power the Connect the Grid Act? It’s critical we keep up the momentum on this important legislation.

Two weeks ago I introduced a new bill to connect Texas’s power grid to the nation’s supply, called the Connect the Grid Act.

This bill would help prevent mass blackouts like those during Winter Storm Uri, and it would create more sustainable energy across America.

For too long, politicians like Greg Abbott have kept our state’s power grid broken while collecting millions from billionaire donors who benefit from the status quo. They’ve kept our grid isolated from the nation’s power supply, and left Texans vulnerable to disasters.

But as the San Antonio Express-News points out, my bill offers a way forward to a more reliable and sustainable power grid in Texas.

With a strong push from folks like you, we can rally support for this bill and fix Texas’s broken grid.

Can you chip in $10, or whatever you can, to power the Connect the Grid Act? Your support helps us keep up the momentum to fix our grid

Thank you for supporting this work,

-Greg
