Trump has suffered loss after loss in federal courts across the country. Labor groups, civil rights groups, and state attorneys general are stomping on Trump in courthouses nationwide, and Trump has lost basically every case. The FBI stopped Trump from leaking their names to January 6 insurrectionists. State attorneys general blocked Trump’s birthright citizenship ban and prevented Elon Musk and his DOGE team from further accessing Treasury Department systems—courts even ordered Musk to destroy the records he obtained. Federal judges have blocked Trump’s government funding freeze, his effort to fire most employees at USAID, and his unlawful federal buyout offer. A tsunami of wrongful termination lawsuits is being filed against Trump and his regime. Things are moving in the courts in the right direction. We are seeing protests across the country.
