This week, in the final segment, Kim had a question about something she’d read in Project 2025, so we opened it up for discussion. It’s one of the less discussed provisions in Chapter 17, about the federalization of state and local law enforcement if they don’t prosecute “the right people.” And that includes, potentially, prosecuting the prosecutors themselves for perceived failures.
