While they sling mud, we are focused on Georgians

 

Today marks just one month until the May 24 Georgia primary election, and on May 25, new and more difficult challenges await. Every day until then is critical; in fact, each hour is an opportunity we cannot harness again. We’re counting on our grassroots supporters right now to solidify as strong a position as possible.


Since we launched our campaign back in December, more than 100,000 people have stepped up to invest in this fight. I am grateful for each of you.

Despite our progress, we cannot rest on our laurels, because our resources are not yet where we need them to be. GOP special interest donors and Donald Trump cronies are already funding misleading attack ads and pouring millions into Georgia to stop us. All of this spending is merely a warm up for what is coming this summer and fall. Brian Kemp had a $5 million advantage, and he even granted himself early, exclusive access to a special fundraising committee.

And my opponents could try to tilt the playing field even further in their favor, because they know and fear the strength of our grassroots team. We don’t have Brian Kemp’s self-granted advantage or David Perdue’s $50 million net worth. We have you.

While our opponents sling mud and spread lies, my sole focus is Georgia’s families and our future. The only way we can share my positive vision for One Georgia as widely as possible, though, is with strong grassroots support every day for this last month of the primary.
