MAGA Threatens Meidas Founder to Shut Us Down!
By Ben Meiselas
Hey Meidas Mighty. Let me keep this short.
Since the latest data was released showing the MeidasTouch Network is beating Joe Rogan by about double the monthly downloads and beating Fox by 2 million views a day, the predictable threats and harassment from Trump supporters and MAGA have picked up again. (Add the MeidasTouch Podcast on Apple Podcasts and Spotify.)
Here is one of many examples of the type of messages Trump supporters and MAGA people send us.
Here is a previous message I received from a Trump supporter attacking me.
You get the point. Obviously, these vile messages are attempts to scare us into shutting down the MeidasTouch Network and running away. We will never back down. These messages only strengthen our resolve to keep growing.
I’ve mentioned before we take significant security precautions now. I don’t want to get into those details, obviously. I have no doubt that as our network continues to grow and set records, these threats will increase. We are prepared for that.
I am noticing Trump and his supporters are getting more desperate than usual lately. As he continues to fail, they will get more and more desperate.
We will keep fighting to reclaim America and fight for freedom back.
The growth of the MeidasTouch Network is one of the clearest signs that America is fed up with the threats, the lies, the violence, the hate, and the idiocracy of MAGA.
No matter what, we will never lose our joy, empathy, and desire to fight for democracy.
Stay strong, Meidas Mighty. We know you have our backs, and we have your backs as well.
Let’s keep fighting.
And thanks to all our Substack subscribers, by the way. We have zero investors, and you’ve helped us grow. We are grateful. If you aren’t subscribed, we would love for you to subscribe now if you can.
Alright, I gotta go make some videos on the breaking news now.
You have inspired GLOBAL PROTESTS against the TYRANTS!
VICTOR ORBAN was a CPAC favorite & Hungarians are protesting, as well as elsewhere.
You said it yourself:

It's tragic that so many are so poorly educated that they lack any critical thinking abilities to see beyond their CULT.
In 2017, JOHN DEAN wrote an insightful article worth reading in its entirety:
We know enough about authoritarian supporters from research, and history, to know it will be very hard to change their minds about the leader they adore.
They are extremely ethnocentric, dividing the world sharply into people in their in-group, and automatically disliking all others. They feel politicians who promote minority rights and immigration discriminate against them. Donald Trump tells them they are right. He is their champion.
They are highly dogmatic. They get their ideas from others in the in-group, especially from their leader, not from evidence and logic. They say there is no evidence that will make them change their minds. They’re quite comfortable believing “alternate facts.”
They get great satisfaction from being part of a large movement. Being in a cohesive crowd at rallies thrills them because they silently tell one another, just by being there, that they are powerful and right. They create an echo chamber that reinforces the belief that all the good people think like they do.
They severely limit their sources of information. They get the news that they want to get. This also produces an echo chamber when the news sources they trust are copying each other and relaying Trump’s message.
They have highly compartmentalized minds. When an unpleasant truth forces its way into their awareness, they do not try to integrate the other things they believe with it. Instead they put it in a box and isolate it from the rest of their thinking, which proceeds as if the truth never existed.
Put all this together and you get an idea how hard it will be to change their minds about Donald Trump.
