A friend doesn't let a friend go to the United States.
Anything that hurts the U.S. economy with the arrogant (and lawless) Trump in power is a positive. Canadian snowbirds, you can go a long way to kill Florida's tourism and shut down the gaslighting from the U.S. media. Canadians have the numbers to make a serious dent in the U.S. tourism industry, let's play to our strengths, let's make them pay for their hubris!
I will never set foot in the U.S. as long as Trump and the maga regime are in power.
I do not see this as a boycott. I see this as a permanent realization that as a non-US citizen I am now subject to arbitrary search and seizure as well as jail. Therefore, I treat the USA as I would North Korea of any other non-democratic society. Therefore US is simply not a place to visit.
